Per the markings on the back, this hand-painted delft plate is from the Oud Delft Company, founded by Roelof Elshout in 1920. In 1968, the company switched from a hand-painted mark to a printed version. Hence, this plate dates prior to 1968 with the exact date unknown. Oud Delft is noted for using an opaque white glaze with no tin or lead oxide.
This plate is in excellent condition, with very little discoloration. It does not have any cracks or chips. There is a wire installed on the back of the plate for decorative hanging.

7" in diameter.
